We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods and packaging are returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt. If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com. When returning items, please keep proof of postage. Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any agreed refund will be made to the card on which you made the purchase within 30 days.
Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
