We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods and packaging are returned in original condition (unopened, unused and undamaged) within 7 days of receipt.
If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of postage of returns. We advise to use a tracking number when sending returns, to avoid any issues due to lost packages.
Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
